1 General Terms & Eligibility

2 Account Registration & Management
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one pvip5 account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method will result in all accounts being cancelled, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Information
When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Full legal name (as per national ID card)
- Active mobile number
- Active email address (if applicable)
- Details of your preferred payment method
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your pvip5 account password and login credentials completely confidential. You must not grant any third party access to your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Account Suspension or Closure
pvip5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Providing false information or concealing information
- Fraudulent activity or attempting to gain unfair advantage
- Operating multiple accounts
- Failure to verify age
- Any material breach of these terms
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
Deposits at pvip5 are accepted only through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Currency
All transactions on pvip5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus can be received only once per account.
- The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe for the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- pvip5 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where fraudulent use of the bonus is determined.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Policy
Before placing bets on pvip5, make sure you are familiar with the rules of the relevant game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
5.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers various types of markets, such as match results, run totals, wicket markets, and more. Odds displayed before an event begins are subject to change; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a technical problem or server error causes an unusual outcome, pvip5 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Betting using automated software or bots
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or abusing bonuses (arbitrage or arbing)
- Colluding with other users to place bets
- Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform
6 VIP Program Terms
The pvip5 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progression to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and contribution on the platform. pvip5 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, tier structure, or cashback rates at any time, though advance notice will be given where possible.
7 Fair Play & Security
pvip5 is committed to full transparency and fair play. The outcome of all games displayed on the platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.
7.1 Data Protection
Your personal and financial information is protected using SSL encryption technology. pvip5 never shares your password or full payment details with any third party — except where required by law.
7.2 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)
